Dizziness or Feeling Lightheaded
We often feel dizzy when we have not had enough to eat, have been pushing ourselves during our exercise routine, or when we stand up too fast. These experiences of dizziness or being lightheaded are totally normal. However, feeling unsteady in addition to feeling discomfort in your chest or shortness of breath could mean something is not working properly. One reason for this is an extreme drop in blood pressure, which can occur if your heart is unable to pump oxygen throughout your body properly.
Make sure to call a doctor or 911 immediately if you experience these co-occurring symptoms.
