Nausea, Indigestion, Heartburn, or Stomach Pain
There are many reasons for a stomachache, indigestion, nausea, and heartburn such as eating too quickly or eating foods that are high in fat (super fatty foods are harder for your stomach to digest, so your stomach needs to produce more acid in order to digest them). However, during a heart attack, some people also experience the above symptoms and may even vomit. Vomiting is more likely to occur in women experiencing a heart attack.
Sometimes it is hard to know if these symptoms are heart related at all. However, it’s always better to be safe rather than sorry and rule out heart problems with a visit to your doctor or local emergency room, especially if you suffer from other heart problem symptoms listed here.
