Exhaustion
Our busy schedules often leave us feeling tired, and even exhausted. However, it is important to pay attention to any changes in your level of exhaustion after doing certain tasks. For example, if you usually take the three flights of stairs up to your office with no problem, but are finding it hard or impossible to do so these days make an appointment to see your doctor immediately.
Of course, you might be exhausted after an intense workout or a weekend hiking trip, but in this case, we are talking about becoming exhausted while performing daily tasks such as doing the dishes or taking out the trash. If you find that this is the case, seek medical help right away.
