Pain Throughout The Body
After chest pain and pressure, you might feel unexplained pain throughout the rest of the body, particularly the upper body. There are instances where you may feel pain in the shoulders, neck, jaw, and back. Pain might shoot down one or both arms.
Men who have survived heart attacks often say that the pain in the chest radiates outward and down the limbs. Even if there is little to no chest pain, the pain could form somewhere else. That is why heart attacks can be difficult to diagnose without the help of a medical professional, because it could be a silent heart attack or may not follow the classic list of symptoms.
Similar to chest pain and discomfort, the aching that happens throughout the body will come and go every several minutes. If this is happening, you need to be evaluated.
