Constipation
No one likes constipation, but most people have encountered this issue at least once in their lifetime. Constipation is when you are unable to make a bowel movement despite having the feeling of needing to go. Usually, constipation is connected to a change in diet or routine, such as traveling for an extended period of time, but it is also easy to remedy.
Constipation can cause discomfort with gas pains in the abdomen and excessive bloating for most. You may also feel very full and can become noticeably distended in the stomach.
