Cellulitis And Impetigo

Cellulitis is a condition that is characterized by staph bacteria entering the skin through a crack of the skin and results in red patches swelling, warmth, blisters, and tenderness of the skin. Impetigo on the other hand is characterized by groups of blisters and yellow crusty bumps (known as school sores) develop on the hands and face. They are referred to as school sores since they are more common in young children than they are in adults.
