    Fatigue Throughout The Day

    Being fatigued throughout the day, every day isn’t a good sign. Exhaustion, even after sleeping 6-8 hours a night, isn’t normal and shouldn’t be your norm.

    “6 in 10 global adults experience daytime sleepiness at least twice per week,” states Dr. Lee-Chiong. “People who do not obtain optimal deep sleep at night often feel tired throughout the day, which many impact their energy levels and productivity.”

    If you agree with the statement, then consider you sleep hygiene and habits, including what you eat, what you are doing before bedtime, and your activities throughout the day.
