You Always Feel Tired
When you feel sleepy, your first instinct is probably just to chug a cup of coffee and vow to get to bed earlier tomorrow. However, if you constantly feel tired, do not dismiss that as simply being busy or not being able to get enough sleep. Chronic fatigue is often a sign that something is sapping your energy and preventing your body from getting enough nutrition and oxygen.
Constantly feeling tired is a symptom for too many conditions to list. A few of the many diseases that cause fatigue include anemia, depression, heart disorders, diabetes, thyroid problems, and even cancer. If you keep feeling tired even when you know you ought to be well rested, it is worth mentioning this to your doctor.
