Pale Skin
There are many tiny capillaries running along the surface of the skin, so the appearance of the skin can be a good way of checking overall wellness. If you have noticed that your skin is unusually pale lately, it might be a sign that your circulatory system is not as good as it should be.
Pale skin is often a sign of anemia. This condition causes reduced levels of oxygen rich red blood cells, and without them, the skin can look abnormally pale. If you have anemia, you may notice that you also feel dizzy when standing, winded after short walks, and tired even after sleeping. To figure out if your skin is unusually pale, think about how often you go in the sun, see if your makeup still matches your skin, and compare your current tone to older photographs.
