Chilly Feet And Hands
Since the feet are located so far away from the heart, they are the first place to begin exhibiting signs of circulatory problems. If you regularly have cold feet, it is a sign that your blood is not properly traveling to the feet and returning to the heart. This can be caused by mild issues like anemia, or it may be caused by more severe things like diabetes or Raynaud’s syndrome.
Raynaud’s syndrome is a disorder that causes the blood supply to drain out of the fingers and toes. It is often caused by autoimmune disorders like mixed connective tissue disorders or progressive systemic sclerosis, so you need to visit the doctor instead of just putting on some fuzzy socks when your feet get cold.
