When most people think of serious medical problems, they imagine them popping up suddenly without a warning. It often seems like we go from being perfectly healthy to horribly sick in just a single day. However, the reality is that we don’t actually get sick out of the blue. Your body actually gives you warning signs long before you get diagnosed with your illness.

Far too often, these subtle signs of getting sick go unnoticed until the condition has progressed to a truly dangerous problems.

If you want to be able to tell when you’re in danger, you need to take the time to listen to your body. These seemingly benign symptoms are often the warning sign of something far more serious.

If you still have this symptom after you start eating more foods rich in vitamin B or taking supplements, be sure to get checked out. Tapeworms, Crohn’s, and other gastrointestinal issues can affect your body’s ability to absorb vitamins properly.
