It can trigger gallstone

Chowing down too much food in one sitting can adversely affect your gallbladder and trigger gallstone. Gallstones occurs when digestive fluids called bile gets hard in the gallbladder, an organ that releases bile to aid digestion in the small intestine. Overloading the stomach means the gallbladder has to squeeze harder to release more bile or can prevent the organ from emptying properly. This can irritate the gallstones and cause symptoms such as nausea and severe pain in the upper right abdomen or back. Gallstone sometimes mimic symptoms of a heart attack. You can prevent this condition by going “light” on the holiday turkey and chocolate cake!
