Go For a Lunch Date
Working from home can wreak havoc on your natural rhythms. You no longer have cues to take a break or go to lunch. You may be getting called from your home office repeatedly and unable to focus.
Just remember to give yourself a semblance of normalcy. For example, give yourself a lunch break at regular time. Not only does this give you something to work towards, but it will also be refreshing. Spend about an hour on a “lunch break,” eating a good meal, getting some exercise, and playing with the kids.
Also, be sure to take a 10-15 minute break every hour or so to stretch your legs and keep you in good health.
