Set Some Limits
It will be hard to deny your kid your attention while you are working from home, but you also need to set some boundaries. As mentioned earlier, you need to be clear in your limitations when it comes to remote work. Set up a “do not disturb” period throughout the day where no one is allowed to bother you, unless there is an emergency.
Older children can be given some form of responsibility during this uncertain period. For example, while you are working, have them do their own work, so that way distractions are minimized.
