Get The Most Out of Nap Time
If you have children who still like to take a nap or two throughout the day, then you can bank on their downtime. Most kids will have a nap routine that is pretty predictable. Once you know that routine, you will be able to schedule more pressing matters in advance. For instance, if you know that your kid always conks out on the couch around noon, you can have a Zoom conference with your boss then, too.
Just make sure that you are quiet enough not to wake your children if you do plan on making business calls or having a virtual meeting. You might want to have a baby monitor set up in your home office (or wherever you’re working from), so you know when they fuss but are also far enough that you don’t make too much noise either.
