Drink Enough Water
Water is the most important substance on earth. What you drink impacts your health more than what you eat. If you don’t get enough water, this going to negatively affect the appearance of your skin, the function of your kidneys, and the way your other organs work.
If you engage in strenuous exercise, your immune system will have reduced function temporarily. Chronic dehydration does the same thing.
How much water do you need to drink? Usually, we hear that we should drink eight glasses of water a day. The true answer varies depending on how much you weigh. What you should do is take your body weight in pounds and divide it by two. This number should be converted into ounces.
If you weigh 200 pounds, then you should drink 100 ounces of water each day, or around 12.5 cups. If you exercise a lot, you need to increase your water intake to account for the fluid loss through perspiration.
