Store-Bought Salad Dressings
Store-bought salad dressings are generally a no-no for maintaining fat loss. Many of them are made with refined vegetable oils which are known to contain saturated or unhealthy fats. Sunflower oil, canola oil, and soybean oil are among those that can violate your dietary plan in a major way. These salad dressings are also loaded with carbs and sugars. To be sure you’re getting healthy salad dressings, why not make your own dressings? You can use extra virgin olive oil and vinegar without adding sugar or foods containing carbs or trans-fat. Your homemade dressing is tasty and healthier. Alternatively, you can buy salad dressings made from avocado or olive oil and vinegar. These are rich in good fats and oils, creamy, and, of course, low on the “bad” stuff.
