Canola Oil
Walk through the grocery store aisle and you will see a large variety of fats and oils which you are free to load up on. After all, you’re supposed to consume foods high in fats—healthy fats. Canola oil is not one of them. In addition to sunflower, soybean, corn, and cottonseed oils, canola oil contains free radicals that can damage fragile cells and oxidize body tissues. It has to do with the process of refining these oils which also increases their potential to cause inflammation and heart disease. Coconut, walnut, or avocado oils are less refined and provide a healthier way to satisfy your crave for grease.
