Broccoli
Many people are quick to turn their nose up at broccoli, but it is a wonderful food that is loaded with protein and other healthy compounds. In a study from the University of Illinois, it was found that foods rich in flavonoids like apigenin and luteolin, like broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables (Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, etc.) can kill pancreatic cancer cells in humans. Why not try roasting up some broccoli or cauliflower or trying it on some pizza?
