Yogurt
In 2013, research by Columbia University and the Journal of the National Cancer Institute had found that individuals who eat at least 3 servings of probiotics in the form of low-fat or fat-free yogurt had a reduced risk of pancreatic cancer. Depending on how your body handles diary products, adding more yogurt to your diet can also prevent the formation of gallstones. If you can’t handle lactose, there are other ways to consume probiotics, including fermented foods like kimchi and sauerkraut, probiotic supplements, and fortified milk-alternatives like soy yogurt made with live cultures.
