Red Grapes
If you ever needed a reason to raise your wine glass for another round, keep reading. The University of Rochester Medical Center in New York found that red wine and the skin from red grapes are high in an antioxidant called reservatol, which has the ability to cause malfunction and even death in cancer cells. Get your share of reservatol by snacking on raspberries, blueberries, red grapes, or drinking some red wine with dinner. Just remember to drink alcohol in moderation, because it can hurt your pancreas if you indulge too much, too often.
