Blood Pressure Testing
According to the United States National Library of Medicine, adult men should go for blood pressure testing at least once after every two years. Men who have suffered from high blood pressure before should be checked more than once i.e., twice a year. Unlike other tests, blood pressure testing is readily available. Most pharmacies offer blood pressure screening services. Some workplaces also offer blood pressure testing among other important medical tests periodically to boost employee health awareness. Remember, normal blood pressure readings are public knowledge. Your top reading should be below 140. Your bottom reading should be 90 or less. If your blood pressure reading exceeds the normal level, seek medical attention immediately.
