Vomiting
One of the worst symptoms of the flu would have to be vomiting, which often occurs near the middle stage of the virus’s lifespan. For more severe cases, however, vomiting can be a warning sign that something is wrong.
Some people will experiencing vomit before any other sign of the flu. Since they won’t have any other symptom, they will assume that they had drank soured milk or ate something bad. When it is flu season, though, vomiting should be taken as a sign that you are infected with the virus.
