Early Signs of The Flu

Chills

No, this has nothing to do with standing outside without proper clothing for the cold season. While you might start shivering from playing out in the freezing temperatures, it isn’t the same as the chills you get when your body has a fever.

Feeling cold despite having a fever is a clear sign of influenza. Chills happen when your body is fighting so desperately to rid you of the flu that your muscles begin rapidly expanding and contracting, causing full body shivers that don’t go away.

Wrap yourself up in a warm blanket and drink hot teas or soup to help increase your body temperature and chase those chills away.
