Loss of Appetite
A sudden loss of appetite is never a good sign. Even if you are watching what you eat and are exercising, you should still experience hunger. If you are unable to eat or have no desire to do so, then take it as a signal from your body that something is up. Loss of appetite can point to all kinds of viruses and infections, including the flu.
Remember that “starving a cold, feeding the flu” is not going to work. You should always try to eat when you feel ill, because without nutrition and energy, you body will manage just a meager defense.
