You Can’t Dye Your Hair
Most research now shows that it is relatively safe to dye your hair while you are expecting. Most permanent and semi-permanent dyes are not incredibly toxic and can be safe to use regardless of how far along you are. It has been found that most hair dyes will not be greatly absorbed by the skin, which leaves a small chance that any will be able to reach the fetus in the first place.
If you are still concerned but feeling a little vain as your belly grows, there are other more natural options for coloring your hair. Lemon juice in the sunlight and henna are great options if you are looking to freshen up your look without wanting to use chemicals.
