Breathing Difficulty
Coughing and congestion can cause muscles around the chest to tighten. Constricted sinuses and nasal passages will add to difficulties. You might feel some discomfort with breathing. Stay calm and drink warm fluids, such as tea, to help ease some of the congestion.
If you have any breathing complications, such as asthma, it is best to get medical advice from a physician.
