Arthritis
Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis and results in the, breaking down of joint cartilage and leads to bone spurs, inflammation, and a loss of cartilage. Another common type of arthritis is known as rheumatoid arthritis. This type of arthritis affects the lining of joints and can lead to joint pain as well as inflammation. As we age we are at an increased risk of developing arthritis. Even though the pain associated with arthritis is in the joints, it can lead to pain in the legs and feet, especially the muscles in those areas that can experience muscle spasms.
