Weather
Heat, low humidity, and high winds can cause you to have a dry mouth. You may notice that you tend to breathe more through your mouth than through your nose when the weather is warm and dry. Moisture from the body evaporates faster in warm, dry weather, which causes further dehydration in the mouth.
Winter is also a time where you may experience having dry mouth. The air in the wintertime tends to be drier than you may realize. Running the heating or air conditioning system also causes dry mouth.
