Tibetan Rites
Tibetans have long maintained a philosophy about the “Five Tibetan Rites” since ancient times. These rites have also been called the Fountain of Youth. The five exercises include things like standing with your arms spread laterally and spinning as fast as you can, laying on the ground and doing V-sits, working from yoga’s Staff Pose to Bridge Pose, and Downward Dog to Upward Dog.
