Cereals High in Sugar
It is likely no surprise that some cereals such as Cocopuffs and Cinnamon Toast Crunch are packed full of sugar. What you might not know is that the same is often true for cereals deemed to be healthy such as Raisin Bran and Honey Nut Cheerios. Don’t just assume that if a cereal seems like its healthy that it is. It is always important to read the labels in order to get a better idea of the amount of sugar and other ingredients these cereals contain. One issue with these cereals is that the high amount of sugar can cause your blood sugar to spike, which can result in a crash of energy- not exactly what you need soon after getting out of bed.
