Write in a journal and reflect.
A lot of people scoff at the power of writing in a journal, but it does wonders for the mind. Your journal can be simple lists or quotes or things that are on your mind. Whatever works for you.
But sometimes, the simple act of writing down your thoughts and feelings and experiences can help put those things into perspective. You will come to understand yourself and others that way.
Remember, journaling isn’t for anyone else but yourself; be as real as possible when writing stuff down.
