It likely isn’t a surprise to you that the majority of us spend a lot of time either sitting at a computer or standing, for example, those of us who work behind the desk of cash register.
Staying still for an extended period of time can lead to an increased likelihood of experiencing leg cramps, whether that is standing or sitting.
Sitting for too long can lead to a malfunction in the legs. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to your body in order to get an idea of when you need to sit or stand. And don’t forget! Get up and walk around a bit when you have a chance.
