Migraines Vanish
Experience migraines frequently? Relief is in sight. People over the age of 70 report far less migraines, even if they experienced them all the time in their youth. Research suggests that 67 percent of women who suffer from migraines will no longer have them when menopause ends, due to a change in hormones. Additionally, only 5-percent of men and 10-percent of women still get migraines in their 70s.
Even if you don’t get migraines, you have to worry less about headaches too. While older adults might still have adverse reactions to visual and other sensory stimuli, the reaction often does not come with headache pain.
