Less Stress
Throughout our lives, we spend a great many hours worry about the future and where we are headed. Work, friendships, relationships, finances, health—all of these things play a factor in our contentment, satisfaction, and stress levels. That said, once you reach a certain age, you stop worrying about that. You don’t stress so much about hardships, especially once you are considered a senior citizen.
Of course, with the changing economic and social climate, millennials will probably be more stressed in their upper years than the baby boomers and older individuals are currently. Only time will tell!
