Thinning Eyebrows
Bet you never thought that thinning eyebrows are a sign of aging. As hair follicles age, your brows will look more sparse. However, other issues that stem from aging, like thyroid hormone deficiency or nutritional deficiencies, can also play a role. Reproductive hormone levels start to drop off, as well, and that affects the hair on your scalp and contribute to thinning eyebrows.
Make sure you are getting enough iron in your diet and get your hormone levels checked if your brows appear to be thinning prematurely. If you need a solution for thinning brows, consider either using a pencil to fill in patchy areas or look into microblading, a more permanent solution.
