Uncomfortable Sensations
RLS prompts you to share or stretch your legs to relieve yourself from the unpleasant and unusual feeling that can’t be understood by people who don’t have the problem. According to the NINDS (National Institute of Neurological Disorders & Stroke), the uncomfortable sensations are usually difficult to define. However, they include; itching, throbbing, aching, creeping and crawling.
The NINDS also states that the sensations may affect other areas such as the arms, head, and chest in rare instances. The feelings can also range in severity depending on a person. Some sufferers can cause other symptoms like irritability to outright pain according to the NINDS.
