    Alkaline Foods

    At the end of the day, the foods that you want to think about including the most would be the ones considered “alkaline.” These foods will neutralize acids like uric acid in the body, and that can slow or even stop the formation of crystals around your affected joints. There are hundreds of alkaline foods that you can choose from, so you can surely find some that are perfect for you and your lifestyle.
