Nausea
Vertigo is also accompanied by feelings of nausea. The spinning sensations accompanying vertigo usually makes you feel as if your stomach is flipping around. This sensation causes nausea. This symptom usually goes away as other vertigo symptoms subside. In fact, nausea isn’t really a key symptom of vertigo in itself. It is however closely associated with many vertigo symptoms. Nausea experienced when you have vertigo is similar to that experienced during motion sickness.
