Fatigue
Fatigue is linked to many health problems. However, when it is experienced alongside other sleep apnea symptoms, it is a sure sign of the disorder. Many people with sleep apnea who have adequate sleep at night still experience episodes of mild to extreme fatigue during the day. Most people with both forms of sleep apnea don’t realize they wake up breathless many times during the night since the interruptions are very brief. Some may actually become accustomed to these interruptions. However, it is a fact that “perfect” rest can’t be achieved with this disorder. The interruptions that take place during the night make a person fatigued and possibly unfocused/disoriented during the day.
