Excessive Snoring
Although you can snore and still be healthy, excessive snoring is a sure sign of a bigger problem. Excessive snoring is a common problem among individuals suffering from obstructive sleep apnea. The problem causes the airways to close as the muscles over relax. Once the airways become restricted, the probability of experiencing chronic snoring increases. This symptom is unlikely with central sleep apnea although it can still occur. Excessive snoring can come alongside other symptoms like insomnia, fatigue as well as episodes of interrupted breathing which are linked to sleep apnea.
