Other Symptoms
Depending on where the bone cancer is developing, you may experience other symptoms. For instance, patients also note decreased mobility. In some cases, the tumor will grow near joints and impinge upon the range of motion. This can make some movements painful and difficult. Tumors in the spine can press on nerves and cause tingling or numbness.
If the bone cancer metastasizes, related symptoms may occur that are not associated with bone cancer. For example, if the cancer spreads into the stomach, you may have bloating. Cancer that spreads to the lungs will make it difficult to breathe. Be aware of the changes in your body. The earlier cancer is diagnosed, the better the prognosis.
