Cut The Toxic Ties
Sometimes, your anxiety is not something borne from within. It is something you are soaking up from other sources. Many people find that when they cut toxic things out of their lives, their anxiety immediately improves.
While deciding what and who is toxic will require some introspection, it will remove a huge burden from your life. Block the people who prompt nothing but negative thoughts. Stop giving yourself to energy vampires. This means leaving relationships that make you uncomfortable or unhappy. Unfollow news and political pages with argumentative comments. Delete that which does not serve you.
