Reduce Caffeine Intake
Cutting out caffeine can help decrease anxiety, especially if you are someone who tends to lean too much on stimulants. Since caffeine can accelerate your heart rate, it can often prompt panic attacks. If that sounds familiar, you might want to switch to decaf coffee or teas with low or zero caffeine.
Stop taxing your body even further. Leave the caffeine behind. Clean up your diet by nixing the soda, energy drinks, coffee, and sugary teas.
