Practice Acceptance
Anxiety is not truly curable. In many ways, putting anxiety behind you is just the act of accepting it as a part of you. Anxiety is neither good nor evil—it just is. Just as you are.
Accepting your anxiety can alleviate guilty feelings. Rather than feeling like a failure or a dysfunctional human being, you begin to realize that it is just anxiety. You can work through it. You can find peace.
And you will.
