Foot Pain

Blood clots in your legs can also cause foot pain. The pain can affect both feet. Since this symptom doesn’t necessarily affect the affected foot or area with a blood clot, the symptom is commonly dismissed as something else. The foot pain occurs because blood clots in the legs restrict and block blood flow. As a result, some tissues near the clot or even further away may not receive enough oxygen causing pain.
