Dizziness
Dizziness is more than an uncomfortable feeling. It can be dangerous in itself, putting you at risk of falls and accidents. It also can be a sign that something serious is happening in your body. Although many people get dizzy when rapidly changing position, such as when standing up quickly, it also can be a sign that your blood is not as healthy as it could be.
Dizziness becomes a concern when it doesn’t go away with hydration and food. If you often feel like the world is spinning, it could be a sign of low blood pressure or an imbalance in your blood. This symptoms is a sign that it is definitely time for some blood work.
