Heart-Related Issues
While it can be difficult to detect if you feel that nothing is wrong, heart-related problems can be an early symptom of multiple sclerosis. The heart may not be working as optimally as it would be under normal conditions, and so there is a lack of oxygenated blood reaching the limbs and organs. Because of this, most people realize that something is wrong during a bout of exercise.
You might notice that you are getting tired much more quickly during workouts that never used to exhaust you as fast or that you feel wiped even with just a warm-up. The heart problems can cause both weakness and trouble with controlling regions of the body, such as the leg or foot. However, the problems will abate as soon as you rest.
