Chest Pain
As mentioned above, a gallbladder attack can be mistaken for a heart attack. This is usually the case if the blockage or resulting infection causes bile juice to accumulate in the stomach and get forced up into your chest causing heart attack-like pain. Although chest pain is a common symptom of a heart attack, if the pain is experienced after you have eaten a substantial amount of food, it is most likely an indication of gallbladder problems.
Heartburns are common symptoms of gallbladder problems if they occur after eating especially when you lie down, bend over or exert some pressure on your abdomen and chest. Heartburns caused by gallbladder problems result in a burning sensation in the chest which tends to move up towards the upper abdomen and neck.
