Forgo Gas-Causing Foods
Besides avoiding gas-inducing beverages, you should also avoid foods which cause the same problem. Some foods are notorious for causing bloating and related issues like lung compression. Common culprits include; broccoli, beans, spicy foods, greasy foods, and cabbage. Avoid such foods; however, you should be aware of the fact that; different people may have different reactions to different foods. Avoid eating anything that makes your stomach bloat. If one or more of the common culprits of bloating doesn’t affect you, count yourself lucky and focus on those foods which affect you.
